The free parking spot was great! The house is walkalbe to many of the popular restaurants and coffee shops on Calle Ocho. Our son soiled the bed the first night we were there, we messaged Sergio and he brought new bedsheets and extra trash bags the next day, which was prompt. The bathroom was a bit small but adequate. It worked for my wife and young son. But I think it would be cramped if you had 3 or 4 older people. The coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge were nice to have. The table and outdoor sink was really nice to have breakfast without waking our son, and hangout after he went to bed. Sergio, it would be great if you provided a reusable freezer pack and cooler for guests to take to the beach. A toaster in the backyard on the counter would be nice too. Also, if you had a beach blanket and maybe an umbrella. for guests to use. Also, some buckets or small beach toys for people with kids. We stayed at a BnB in Hawaii and he gave us most of these things which was super convenient. Not really complaints, just suggestions.

It was very easy to check in/check out. The room was very nice and I found the bed sheets to be very comfortable! The bnb was very very close to Calle Ocho, which I thought was very great as well. :)

The cabin is absolutely great! Very well located and the cabin had everything you need for your stay in Miami, including your own parking spot. Sergio was very friendly and quick to reply! I would highly recommend this place and would definitely come back if I would be in Miami again!

Stayed here for 3 nights and had no complaints. The AC worked great the whole time, which made a real difference in the Miami heat. Cold water was always available, and the backyard area looked really nice too. Having a TV in the room was a welcome touch. The host was easy to reach throughout the stay and always responded quickly, which made everything feel stress free. Location-wise the neighborhood is quiet and safe, close to downtown, and public transport options are everywhere. Walking around felt easy and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay again if I’m back in Miami. Everything was perfect

We had a great time at Sergio’s place. The location is super conveniently close to the vibrant Miracle Mile, where we discover new fantastic places following Sergio’s recommendations. The house was very clean and has everything you need for the stay. We also want to highlight the communication with Sergio, always responding really quick and very helpful.

Sergio’s place felt right at home nice kitchen, the bedroom I stayed in had a bathroom inside so it felt more private. Easy to find and clear instructions on how to get in plus free parking.

Mi esposo y yo pasamos unos días muy agradables, todo estaba de primera mucho mejor de lo que esperamos. La zona es súper tranquila , siempre quisimos probar la aventura de hospedarnos en un lugar así y lleno totalmente nuestras espectativas ! Todo estaba impecable Sergio es una persona muy atenta , siempre al pendiente de los huéspedes , dándonos recomendaciones , lo valoraría con 10000 estrellas . Esperamos volver pronto

A estadia na casa do Sergio foi incrível, desde a chegada até a hora de ir embora. A residência estava bem limpa e organizada, disponibiliza de microondas e frigobar que funcionavam perfeitamente. Banheiro espaçoso e completo. Com certeza voltarei mais vezes.

The room is good for a couple. It has enough space, the bed it’s very comfortable. The neighborhood is peaceful. Outside the room was a little dirty but nothing to do with the room. The room was great!
