Wir haben insgesamt elf Tage in einem kleinen Schlafzimmer und den großen Wohnbereich in Little Havana verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist ideal, um die Gegend zu erkunden – viele Restaurants und Cafés sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer selbst war sauber, ordentlich und gut ausgestattet. Alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht, war vorhanden. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief reibungslos und freundlich, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich angenehm gemacht hat. Insgesamt habe ich mich hier sehr wohlgefühlt und würde die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen – sowohl für kurze als auch längere Aufenthalte in Miami.

This Airbnb is phenomenal with respect to value, comfort ,self check in & access, the layout & interior design is open & welcoming with shared amenities. Our unit was a large bedroom with private bathroom. Wifi was great, Sergio was very responsive. The Air conditioning at night was perfect, Sergio even remotely increased the AC at our request the next morning when we found the temperature was starting to rise in the early morning.. The location was even closer to little Havana than we expected. We walked multiple times to & from calle Ocho to the Airbnb (60 second walk)… the night we landed for dinner, morning of for breakfast & early dinner before our flight… we must of saved $100+ on Uber fees alone by staying 2 nights at this location as we became obsessed with exploring little Havana spots. This was the definition of Walkable We will be back at this listing December/January Thank you

Me gustó la ubicación, la calle no es ruidosa pero está muy cerca de la pequeña habana. Muy limpio y tenía toallas, café... Podría haber tenido algo más que tazas, para usar el microondas, calentar una comida o algo.

We had a great stay. Check-in was really easy, and everything went smoothly. The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The house is located in a nice, safe neighborhood, and it was very quiet, which made it easy to relax. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again.

excelente todo, lanubicacion fue genial para usar el trolly gratuito que te lleva a Brickell y de ahi te puedes mover facilmente por toda la ciudad con el mismo transporte o el tren aereo que tambien es gratis. si te gusta caminar cerca eata little habana. Yo recomiendo el lugar, disfrutamos de un delicioso cafe, cortesia de la casa en las mañanas, el lugar estaba muy limpio, nos dejaron crema dental y cepillo de dientes. desde el aeropuerto llegas facil y rapido. laa indicaciones que nos dieron fueron muy acertadas. Muchas gracias.

Great space, close to restaurants, easily accessible. Parking was available as well. Spacious room. The only thing that can be improved is the pillows that are available, they were a little flat and made neck stiff. Besides that’s great place!

El alojamiento está excelente. Tranquila. Siempre tienen disponible café, azúcar y toallas limpias. Está en una muy buena ubicación accesible a todo en poco tiempo. Lo único que no me gustó fue que no tenía estacionamiento aunque siempre conseguimos uno cerca sin problema y lo otro fue el baño que era extremadamente pequeño aunque el agua estaba calientita y eso me agradó.

10/10 from a former Airbnb Superhost’s perspective. This listing is 100% accurate, clean, gorgeous, and all the good things one can hope for when traveling. Sergio was super responsive to my questions regarding tourist attractions and the property itself. I would definitely recommend Vive Miami to others. Walkable to Cuban history monuments, places for cafecitos (I recommend La Colada for anyone who wants a vegan cafe con leche), restaurants, live music, grocery stores. Free trolley and regular public buses are a short walk from the property.

Super séjour d’une nuit à Miami ! Logement impeccable, très propre et conforme à la description. Les échanges avec Sergio étaient agréables, avec des instructions claires et détaillées. Je recommande sans hésiter !
