We aim to make your stay as pleasant and convenient as possible but we fully expect all our guests to follow the following rules: - Quiet hours from 9pm - 9am. - Please be mindful and courteous of our all neighbors. - We reserve the right to ask any guest for identification. - Unless explicitly stated, if your unit has street parking it is always on a first come, first served basis. - All our rooms are non-smoking, if the cleaning crew determines that the guests smoked in the room there will be a fee of $150. - Bugs and Critters: please note that we routinely spray our property for bugs and critters. Howerver if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a Subtropical Climate. To help prevent this keep all windows and doors closed at all times. - We perform regular maintenance in all our properties, rarely do we require access to the rooms but there are times at which we do (ie pest control, ac maintenance, etc); in those cases we would let you know ahead of time.- Late checkouts will have a fee of $200. A late checkout is when any of the guests stays past the check out time. - Lost keys will have a $50 replacement fee.

CENTRAL LOCATION: Our apartment is centrally located in the heart of Little Havana, making it easy to access public transportation for exploring the wider Miami area. CHECK-IN: Early check-in may be available upon request. We will send you a message 24 hours before your check in with your access code. Do not worry, it is very simple! CHECK-OUT: we don't like all those check out tasks, just make sure to lock the door and we will take care of the rest. PARKING: We have free parking for you in the driveway right in front of the building. EXTRA AMENITIES: Should you need extra supplies, towels or sheets we would be glad to provide them.
