We aim to make your stay as pleasant and convenient as possible but we fully expect all our guests to follow the following rules: - Quiet hours from 9pm - 9am. - Please be mindful and courteous of our all neighbors. - We reserve the right to ask any guest for identification. - Unless explicitly stated, if your unit has street parking it is always on a first come, first served basis. - All our rooms are non-smoking, if the cleaning crew determines that the guests smoked in the room there will be a fee of $150. - Bugs and Critters: please note that we routinely spray our property for bugs and critters. Howerver if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a Subtropical Climate. To help prevent this keep all windows and doors closed at all times. - We perform regular maintenance in all our properties, rarely do we require access to the rooms but there are times at which we do (ie pest control, ac maintenance, etc); in those cases we would let you know ahead of time.- Late checkouts will have a fee of $200. A late checkout is when any of the guests stays past the check out time. - Lost keys will have a $50 replacement fee.

CENTRAL LOCATION: Our boutique hotel is situated in the vibrant Magic City district, just one block from historic US1. Enjoy a short stroll to the beautiful bay, with breathtaking views and opportunities for outdoor activities. CHECK-IN: Early check-in may be available upon request. We will send you a message 24 hours before your check in with your access code. Do not worry, it is very simple! CHECK-OUT: we don't like all those check out tasks, just make sure to lock the door and we will take care of the rest. PARKING: There is free street parking in the block of the building. However, being in the heart of the city allows you to easily use public transportation as well as ride share for added convenience. EXTRA AMENITIES: Should you need extra supplies, towels or sheets we would be glad to provide them. LOCAL RECOMMENDATIONS: There are great amazing restaurants in the area like Boia De, Blue Collar, O Munanciello and CHICA. Feel free to ask us for especifics. We would be glad to give you recommendations!
