We aim to make your stay as pleasant and convenient as possible but we fully expect all our guests to follow the following rules: - Quiet hours from 9pm - 9am. - Impolite language is completely unacceptable. - Please be mindful and courteous of our all neighbors.. - We reserve the right to ask any guest for identification. - As much as we try to minimize inconvenience, things in the units might break, we will be available and make repairs within 24 hours of receiving your request. If we fail to respond or are unable to remedy the issue we will work to relocate you or refund you at our discretion. - Please read carefully the cancellation policy as we will not be making modifications. - Unless explicitly stated, if your unit has street parking it is always on a first come, first served basis. - All our rooms are non-smoking, if the cleaning crew determines that the guests smoked in the room there will be a fee of $150. - Bugs and Critters: please note that we routinely spray our property for bugs and critters. Howerver if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a Subtropical Climate. To help prevent this keep all windows and doors closed at all times. - We perform regular maintenance in all our properties, rarely do we require access to the rooms but there are times at which we do (ie pest control, ac maintenance, etc); in those cases we would let you know ahead of time.
