Good to know

The studio is located in the patio in the back of the house, we do rent other units in the house, I don't live in the house but my cousin Ramon does, if you have any questions you can always message me. The studio features all brand new finishes, including new floors, bathroom, kitchen and all new appliances (including an AC that will let you control your own temperature). It features a small but functional kitchen with small stove, microwave, fridge as well as cutlery and china. It is very calm and quiet, surrounded by mango trees (when in season we leave some of them by your door) that give it shade and keep the whole patio comfortable even in the Miami summer.

House Rules

We aim to make your stay as pleasant and convenient as possible but we fully expect all our guests to follow the following rules: - Quiet hours from 9pm - 9am. - Please be mindful and courteous of our all neighbors. - We reserve the right to ask any guest for identification. - Unless explicitly stated, if your unit has street parking it is always on a first come, first served basis. - All our rooms are non-smoking, if the cleaning crew determines that the guests smoked in the room there will be a fee of $150. - Bugs and Critters: please note that we routinely spray our property for bugs and critters. Howerver if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a Subtropical Climate. To help prevent this keep all windows and doors closed at all times. - We perform regular maintenance in all our properties, rarely do we require access to the rooms but there are times at which we do (ie pest control, ac maintenance, etc); in those cases we would let you know ahead of time.- Late checkouts will have a fee of $200. A late checkout is when any of the guests stays past the check out time. - Lost keys will have a $50 replacement fee.

Other Details to Note

- Depending on the winds the house can be in the path for the MIA so there might be potential for some noise. - Given that the area has lots of vegetation the internet cables sometimes get affected, we are happy to troubleshoot any issues but sometimes the damage requires a tech from the internet company for repairs and we are not liable in those cases since it is beyond our control.

Accessibility and Availability

Neighborhood

Shenandoah is a residential neighborhood nestled between Little Havana and Coral Gables. It has the best of both worlds; the rich Mediterranean architecture, foliage and history of Coral Gables combined with the location, night live, liveliness and culture of Little Havana You have everything that makes Miami Miami, from Versailles restaurant to to the multi million dollar Marlins Park, world renown art galleries to Los Pinarenos Fruteria. It is rapidly gentrifying but it is still hanging on to the culture of those that made an extension of Cuba in the States plus all the ones that built on it after.

Guest Access

The house has an electronic lock in the front door, once your reservation is confirmed I will send you instructions that include the combination to the front door and the key to your room
