House Rules

We aim to make your stay as pleasant and convenient as possible but we fully expect all our guests to follow the following rules: - Quiet hours from 9pm - 9am. - Please be mindful and courteous of our all neighbors. - We reserve the right to ask any guest for identification. - Unless explicitly stated, if your unit has street parking it is always on a first come, first served basis. - All our rooms are non-smoking, if the cleaning crew determines that the guests smoked in the room there will be a fee of $150. - Bugs and Critters: please note that we routinely spray our property for bugs and critters. Howerver if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a Subtropical Climate. To help prevent this keep all windows and doors closed at all times. - We perform regular maintenance in all our properties, rarely do we require access to the rooms but there are times at which we do (ie pest control, ac maintenance, etc); in those cases we would let you know ahead of time.- Late checkouts will have a fee of $200. A late checkout is when any of the guests stays past the check out time. - Lost keys will have a $50 replacement fee.

Other Details to Note

- Depending on the winds the house can be in the path for the MIA so there might be potential for some noise. - Given that the area has lots of vegetacion the internet cables sometimes get affected, we are happy to troubleshoot any issues but sometimes the damage requires a tech from the internet company for repairs and we are not liable in those cases since it is beyond our control. - There is a neighborhood cat that roams around he is very nice and harmless so don't get scared.

This charming home is perfect for exploring Miami and enjoying a wide variety of activities. Shenandoah Park is close by and perfect for short runs, while the Underline trail is just a little farther if you want a longer run. We explored Little Havana, South Beach, and many places in between. The kitchen is well appointed if you want to cook. If our adventures bring us back to Miami, this is our first choice for a place to stay.

This will be the easiest review of my time using Airbnb. From the moment I entered Sergio's house, I felt like I was in an atmosphere filled with peace and cleanliness. Every detail is carefully thought out, with a huge kitchen and rooms with comfortable beds. Elegance everywhere you look. I was truly sad to leave. I would come back a thousand times over. This location is ideal if you are searching for a comfortable and tranquil setting. Every room had the ideal amount of space, and the kitchen is well-equipped and simple to keep clean. I had the impression that I was in the islands here. Parking was really simple. Many malls and attractions are fairly close to this area.

The price was good, much cheaper than a hotel in the area around Loan Depot Park. Sergio’s place was nice- and clean which is of vital importance to me. The locals are friendly, like normally you see in Florida, and like Tampa where I live. Not like New York where I used to live (lol). Safe at night. There’s people around everywhere so you feel comfortable walking to and from the stadium.

Sergio was a great host and we enjoyed our stay. It was nice having two separate bathrooms. The place was clean enough and the king bed was comfortable. The best part was the fantastic AC and parking in the driveway rather than on the street.

Our group of 3 had a great time at this AirBnB, it definitely met our expectations. Overall we are very happy, it's a cozy AirBnB in a pretty quiet neighborhood. Only thing that could be improved are the shower drainages but other than that it's a great place.

This was a work trip where 2-person crew stayed for 1 night. I never saw the property. The reservation process and check-in info went smoothly. There was a reported slow drainage in the shower concern to the host so they could handle after checkout. Communication was prompt and they seemed to have a plan in place. Other than that, there were no issues.
