House Rules
We aim to make your stay as pleasant and convenient as possible but we fully expect all our guests to follow the following rules: - Quiet hours from 9pm - 9am. - Please be mindful and courteous of our all neighbors. - We reserve the right to ask any guest for identification. - Unless explicitly stated, if your unit has street parking it is always on a first come, first served basis. - All our rooms are non-smoking, if the cleaning crew determines that the guests smoked in the room there will be a fee of $150. - Bugs and Critters: please note that we routinely spray our property for bugs and critters. Howerver if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a Subtropical Climate. To help prevent this keep all windows and doors closed at all times. - We perform regular maintenance in all our properties, rarely do we require access to the rooms but there are times at which we do (ie pest control, ac maintenance, etc); in those cases we would let you know ahead of time.- Late checkouts will have a fee of $200. A late checkout is when any of the guests stays past the check out time. - Lost keys will have a $50 replacement fee.

CENTRAL LOCATION: Our apartment is centrally located near Coconut Grove, making it easy to access public transportation for exploring the wider Miami area. CHECK-IN: Early check-in may be available upon request. We will send you a message 24 hours before your check in with your access code. Do not worry, it is very simple! CHECK-OUT: we don't like all those check out tasks, just make sure to lock the door and we will take care of the rest. PARKING: There is free street parking in the building but the apartment is a couple of blocks away from the Metro Station so you can take advantage of the free trolley and public transportation. EXTRA AMENITIES: Should you need extra supplies, towels or sheets we would be glad to provide them. LOCAL RECOMMENDATIONS: We’re happy to provide suggestions for nearby restaurants, attractions, and local events to enhance your stay!

Accessibility and Availability
Neighborhood
The neighborhood is working class, the neighbors are friendly but it might be a bit culture shock if you are not used to the latin (mostly Cuban) community. The building neighbors have been there for about 6 years and have never had any issues with them you can feel absolutely safe It is located in the Silver-bluff area of Miami, it is a working class community between Coral Gables and Coconut Grove. Two streets away there is a great supermarket call Milam's. There are also local spots like Daily Bread which is one of my favorites. You can walk to Coconut grove to hang out with the UM crowd or take the Metrorail to Brickell to hit a lounge or a club

Find us
Very walk-able and a 2 minute walk to the Metrorail station, that would take you anywhere in Miami, can also connect with the bus system to get you across to south beach. If you rent a car, there is plenty of free street parking next to the building.
