Sergio se mostró muy amable y siempre estuvo pendiente. El sitio es tal como lo anuncia,tienes muy cerca restaurantes, supermercado,etc a 3 minutos pasa los buses y el Trolley que te lleva gratis hasta brickell. sin duda me quedaré en otras ocasiones en la casa de Sergio. experiencia exelente.

Excelente ubicación cerca de supermercados, transporte público, cajeros, restaurantes, muy céntrico entre ciudad y playa y de lugares de interés El check in podría ser un poco más temprano.

Great stay! EXTREMELY CLEAN….. If you stay in Room #3 understand that it’s a little loud because your room door is in the kitchen. But there are perks to the room! You have you own private door to access the back yard and it’s amenities

Los parqueos fue lo único que no me gustó , aveces no salíamos solo porque no encontrábamos parqueos cuando volvíamos , pero el lugar estaba bonito , limpio , cálido ,había muchas cosas cerca . Uno que otro vecino escandaloso pero eso pasa en todos los lados

It was a pretty convenient day. It was a mixture of leisure in both work and I really enjoyed the atmosphere just entering the apartment. It was an amazing stay for me. There wasn’t really a distaste in my mouth about this property as everywhere parking in Miami is always tight at night time so then of course was a normal but other than that no nothing to say about this property negative

Sergio's place is a great deal for 1 or 2 people. It's very close to all the action (Marlins game, Little Havana, and downtown). He also gave great recommendations for places to eat nearby. I will definitely stay here again. Thanks Sergio!

Disfrutamos nuestra estancia en Miami, la zona tranquila y a poca distancia restaurantes, bares, y paradas de transporte público. El lugar fiel a las fotos, impecable, muy acogedor, fue como nuestro hogar la semana que pasamos en Miami. Muy tranquilo. Fue sencillo movilizarse en transporte público que fue como fuimos al mall, a la playa y a lugares para caminar. Volvería nuevamente! Recomendado al 100%

Yeah, we we came for a concert at loan depot Park. The location was a five minute walk from the park which made logistics so much easier I didn’t have to worry about parking. Didn’t have to worry about traffic. It was a beautiful street. Felt safe. Nice open well lit. amazing stay

Perfect stay for just one night. Sergio’s place was close to where we needed to be, walking distance to a lot of places. Very easy check in and the place was nice and clean. Had no issues whatsoever, would consider booking again in the future.

This was a beautiful location in Little Havana. Great yard with gazebo and plenty of seating for coffee in the morning. This place was extremely clean, and the host was extremely responsive. I will be staying here in the future.
