I stayed only one night, but my experience was very pleasant. The apartment is functional, very clean, and equipped with everything you need. I could easily stay there for several days. It is nicely furnished and has a welcoming, homely feel. After a few previous accommodations, this was a very pleasant surprise. Thank you – I will gladly return when I am in Miami again. /

L'emplacement est très bien ! Walking distance des restaurants et bars de Little Havana. L'appartement est spacieux et propre et équipé d’une place de parking. Difficile d’avoir de l'eau chaude dans la douche et il faut vraiment installer un vrai tapis de bain dans la douche 🙂 Les climatisations dans les chambres sont très bruyantes.

Tökeletes helyen,jól felszerelt, tágas, kényelmes, tiszta, szuper ágyak, hibátlan kommunikació! Imadtuk! Nem a szállás hibája, de nem tudtuk kezelni a fűtő klímát. Pont kifogtunk egy hideg időszakot, megfagytunk esténként. A meleg vízzel olvasztottuk ki magunkat. Elkelt volna még egy vastag pléd.

The room was very nice, clean, had everything we needed. Easy walks to a grocery store and restaurants. Great location about half way between Miami International Airport and Cruise Terminal.

Great location with proximity to restaurants and entertainment while still being in a peaceful neighborhood setting. Sergio was extremely responsive and the place was just as described. Perfect for an overnight before the rest of my trip!

My friend and I really appreciated our stay at Sergio’s home. He was so friendly and communicative and helped make our brief time there very special. The room was quite comfortable and the common areas were very inviting and well-furnished. We loved the neighborhood and the easy access to all of the great spots on Calle Ocho.
