La estancia en el alojamiento de Sergio ha sido excelente!! Desde la entrada a la casa todo está cuidado con detalle. La cocina está totalmente equipada e incluso te puedes preparar un café! Estuvimos en la habitación 3 (la de al lado de la cocina), que tiene una puerta con acceso a la parte de atrás de la casa, donde hay un patio con una mesa de pimpón y unas sillas para relajarse un rato. La cama era súper cómoda y enorme! Mi novio mide 1,90 y solemos tener dificultades para dormir en sitios pero donde Sergio no vas a tener problema! Además en la habitación había una plancha, que me parece un puntazo para poder planchar la ropa recién sacada de la maleta. Llegamos por la noche y el baño estaba impecable. Cuenta con un dispensador de jabón y shampoo. Nos sorprendió mucho lo limpio que estaba! Tienes la zona de la famosa 8th Street a tan sólo 10 min andando del alojamiento y varios establecimientos de comida cerca! Sin duda, repetiría en este alojamiento!! Muchas gracias Sergio!

Chambre très belle, propre et confortable. Très bien situé dans une rue calme à quelques minutes des restaurants et bars de Little Havana. Le parking est gratuit dans la rue et nous avons eu facile de nous garer (juste en face) à la période où nous sommes partis. Rien :-)

Nice small space to stsy in little havana. No kitchen, but it doesnt matter cause 8th st right behind is is totally popping with LOTS of restaurants and music. The back yard chilling area is super cool with lot of cool plants. A nice private spot to stay in. Sergio was more than helpful with quick responses and recommendations to do and over all very very nice.

El lugar super tranquilo, teníamos opciones cerca a pie; y a 25 minutos en auto como el downtown. Nuestra estancia fue agradable, tuvimos siempre libre donde estacionar afuera en la calle. A unos 20 minutos del aeropuerto. En resumen el lugar es ideal para unas vacaciones y visita a Miami.

Alle Informationen wurde schnell und ausführlich bereitgestellt, Tipps zu Lokalen, Übergabe einfach, Studio toll eingerichtet, mega komfortables Bett, Dusche für 2! :-) Lage in Little Havanna, kleiner Latin Supermarkt mit tollem günstigen Frühstück ums Eck, Uber zu Miami Beach ca. 20 Dollar. Alles Top!

I had such a wonderful experience staying at Sergio’s place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cozy. The location was perfect — close to nearby attractions and restaurants but still quiet and peaceful at night. Communication with Sergio was excellent; they were friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed.

I had a wonderful stay at Sergio’s place! The location was perfect — close to everything I needed and easy to get around. The price was also great for the quality and comfort provided. The space was clean, cozy, and just as described. Sergio was friendly and responsive, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip!

Sergio's rental was above average clean. The beds were comfortable. We choose this location as we were going to a pre-vacation party and wanted to be able to walk and not drive. We felt comfortable walking after dark.
